HOME LOAN

APPROVAL PROCESS

Although we are not directly involved in the approval process, we facilitate the procedure by providing contacts to ensure the necessary approvals are obtained efficiently.

SPECIFICATION CHANGES

Our packages are designed in a modular fashion, making any specification change as straightforward as adding or removing items from your shopping cart.

INTERIOR WORK

We offer distinct packages for interior works, allowing clients the option to enhance their living spaces. Additionally, we have collaborated with a couple of boutique designer firms to provide exceptional interior solutions at competitive prices.

BOOKING AMOUNT

We collect a booking amount, typically around 2% of the estimated total home construction cost. Following this payment, we proceed to design the 2D floor plan, site plan.

PRICE ESCALATIONS

In exceptional circumstances, like a sudden surge in prices due to external factors such as a lockdown or delays in stage-wise payments from the client's side, the client is responsible for the corresponding price variation.

CANCELLATIONS

The following amounts will be collected based on the project stage and work completed:

  • Primary Design - Floor plans finalized: 5% of the non-discounted project value

  • Secondary Design - Structural: 7% of the non-discounted project value

  • Project Kickoff - Any resource mobilization or initial work at the project site: 10% of the non-discounted project value

For cancellations after the project commencement, the respective cancellation amounts will be deducted according to the contract terms. 

CONSTRUCTION TIME

A house construction project typically takes between 6 to 14 months for completion. The standard construction timeline involves approximately 5 months for building the ground floor, followed by an additional 1.5 months for each subsequent floor. However, the actual duration is influenced by factors such as the available space, built-up area, location, design intricacies, construction type (foundation or core), and other specific project requirements.
